Engineering Assistant

The successful candidate must be flexible, hard-working and able to support the Maintenance Team as required.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily checks to ensure the safe operation of the plant
  • Daily cleaning of the Waste Waster Treatment Filtration system
  • Daily checks of our Steam Raising Boiler
  • Ad Hoc duties
     

The role is primarily part-time, working 4 hours per day, with an occasional requirement to work an 8 hour day to assist the Maintenance Engineering team.

A good, basic engineering knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential - on site training will be available.


This is a very diverse role, requiring the successful applicant to work under their own initiative and have strong communication skills, both written and oral.
